Facilities Helpdesk Administrator
The successful candidate will be required to provide Helpdesk support across multiple FM contracts, duties will include logging and progression of reactive and PPM jobs, co-ordination of resources together with the preparation and processing of invoices.

It is essential that candidates can demonstrate a high level of competency in IT and accounts. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Trainee CAD / Drawing Technician
An opportunity exists on a 12 month training programme, in partnership with Sainsburys for a Trainee CAD / Drawing Technician. The post will be based at McLaughlin & Harvey Head Office, Mullusk.

The postholder will assist in the preparing and production of CAD drawings including key plans, fire plans, phasing plans, etc. 3D capability would be an advantage.

The nature of this position will require applicants to clearly demonstrate IT competence and a desire to develop a career within construction support.

This twelve month on the job training programme will commence in September.
